The "picture" of the MIT urban planning against global warming

In the world, there are some cities that better than others prepare to face the effects of climate change and in most cases they are poor cities, often small, for which, however, the climate change represents a real threat to survival. To dispel the myth that only the richest urban centers may be able to cope with this problem was the Research presented yesterday by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), according to which the cities of Latin America and Asian art would in urban planning better able to face the consequences of global warming.
